Mr. Eiseles’ entrée into the senior housing industry began in the 90’s when he purchased an aged 90 unit hotel in Florida that he converted to senior housing with both an independent living and assisted living component. Subsequently, he successfully converted two more hotels to senior housing communities before joining forces with the first publicly traded assisted living company in the country, Standish Care out of Boston, MA. These ventures required him to learn every aspect of the business through his personal participation in marketing, renovations, resident care, dietary and operations.
Prior to starting his current firm in 2008, he developed his operational expertise while in the highest of senior management roles with two national companies, Sunrise, and Summerville Healthcare, serving on the executive committee. There he led the new facility opening teams, participated in raising over $200 million dollars in debt and equity while working as a liaison between the Development and Operational divisions and leading the marketing and operational aspects of the business. He was called upon to support special projects for the CEO Paul Klaussen during his tenure and developed an industry reputation for his ability to stabilize and advance challenged facilities.
Mr. Thompson has a broad background in healthcare and project management, domestic and international, with a focus on finance and operations. In addition to various equity positions Mr. Thompson has served as CEO, CFO, Executive VP, Project Director, Hospital Director, Controller and on several Boards as Chairman and Treasurer.
Mr. Thompson has been directly involved in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospitality (Hotel), Construction, Water works a and various real estate transactions. With a focus on finance, Mr. Thompson is directly involved in deal sourcing, due diligence, financial projections, negotiations with seller, project financing, transitional planning and all operational aspects of a project.
He serves as the financial expert and due diligence strategist for SAS portfolio properties.
Mrs. Putnam’s career in senior living began 25 years ago as a CNA in an Alzheimer wing of a nursing home. She subsequently progressed to an Executive Director position overseeing a memory care community and worked her way up in the industry to the C-suite, holding financial, strategic and operational titles along the way. She has specific expertise and experience driving census in turnaround situations and developing/leading high performing teams.
Additional areas of specialization include activities development and culinary/dietary menu creation.
Mrs. Putnam studied at the University of Wisconsin where she received a degree with highest honors in Accounting and Finance.
Lisa D. Taylor is a founding partner with Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor and is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Health Law. She represents health industry clients, both public and private, in transactional and regulatory matters, including governmental and payor investigations, and in litigation.
